TEAMSPEAK USAGE AGREEMENT

All terms and conditions must be agreed to prior to obtaining access and to be allowed to register with our TeamSpeak Server

Please read each of the following items below. By clicking on the appropriate radio button below each item you are demonstrating your understanding and agreement to each principle, policy, and individual expectation presented herein. You must agree to all items and conditions prior to obtaining access to our TS Server. Once the agreement has been completed, the agreement will be sent to our admin for final review and verification. You will be notified via email of your acceptance.  The email will contain your TS username and the TS server access password.  Upon granted access, you will log into the TS server and wait until a Server Admin contacts you in channel and gives your further direction.

Fidelis Memoria Fraternitas (FMF) is a group comprised of people who have been in or still are in the Military, Law Enforcement and Firefighting services. We are a group of mature individuals who enjoy gaming online, interacting and having fun. As such, there are obvious expectations in terms of behavior, conduct, etc., lending to the development and maintenance of a mature gaming community. You must agree our code of conduct in order to have access to our TeamSpeak Server.

The Fidelis Memoria Fraternitas (FMF) upholds a strict anti-cheat policy and is affiliated with the PunksBusted.com anti-cheat association. Any member found to have a history of cheating will be immediately removed and reported to all cheat tracking services and organizations.

Fidelis Memoria Fraternitas (FMF) realizes that real life is more important than gaming. Therefore, it is expected that some members over time will need to become less active in order to fulfill other, more important responsibilities We only want to be notified of your status, should personal or professional interests or obligations require your absence or diminished involvement. Failure to do so will cause your account to be deactivated or deleted after absence for more then 60 days

All individuals who are granted access must maintain an air of mutual respect toward members of Fidelis Memoria Fraternitas (FMF) all other individuals whom have been granted access. Disagreements, disputes, or other issues need to be taken off channel or offline and resolved in a mature manner or taken to a Server Admin for resolution.

The Fidelis Memoria Fraternitas (FMF) community has earned an honorable reputation world-wide; this is maintained by responsible and mature behavior by all members in both private and public venues. Thus, you may be granted access to our TS server and our members, your conduct will be monitored by all FMF members. All FMF members have will have the right to remove you from channel or server if your conduct is unbecoming or in violation of our code of conduct

FMF-FAF has a ZERO tolerance policy in regards to "Willful harassment"

The following articles define "Willful Harassment" as to our recognized understanding.

• Sending threatening or harassing e-mail after being requested to stop, is prohibited. Extremely threatening or harassing e-mail is prohibited always.
• Words, conduct or action, usually repeated or persistent that, being directed at a specific person, annoys, alarms or causes substantial emotional distress in that person and serves no purpose. Unwanted, deliberate or offensive behavior, violent or psychological, that has been requested to be stopped.
• Unsolicited words or conduct which tend to annoy, alarm or abuse another person These actions can be described as a course of vexatious comment or conduct that is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome.
• Name-calling ("stupid", "retard" or "dummy") is a common form of harassment.
• Persistent, unwanted annoyance toward another person.
• A course of alarming conduct or of repeatedly committed acts with purpose to alarm or seriously annoy an individual.
• Any improper conduct by an individual, that is directed at and offensive to another person or persons in the forums or other forms of group chat, and which the individual knew or ought reasonably to have known would cause offence or harm It comprises any objectionable act, comment or display that demeans, belittles, or causes personal humiliation or embarrassment, and any act of intimidation or threat.
• Intentional intimidation associated with a persons race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, or mental, physical, or sensory handicap that causes physical injury to another person; or by words or conduct places another person in reasonable fear of harm.

Your personal information, including your email address, IP address, Internet Service Provider, username and your responses to this application will be retained for our records as an agreement of our policies, principles and expectations.
